First day
Left to right, me , Lynda and Pat
Just a quick post to say that the first day of the exhibition went really well and we all had a lovely time. It was especially great for me as Pat and Lynda came all the way over to see the show. We had a great chin-wag over coffee, which was wonderful and we all agreed how nice it would be to meet up at Birmingham for the K&S.
Here are a some shots of the exhibition space, it was a bit hairy this morning as we couldn't start setting up till 8.0 and the show was due to start at 10.0, but we just about made its by opening time.

Thanks to everyone for their support and encouragement, it certainly helped keep the nerves at bay.

It looks a great exhibition I hope it goes really well for all of you
Hey this is fantastic, many congratulations. I hadn't appreciated the scale of your quilts until I saw them in these photos, they really are stunning, and the other pieces, which I can't see in detail but can see the colours and arrangement, look to complement them really well, as well as being lovely in themselves. Now I see what I need to aim for with my exhibition in September.
Looks good.. Did the Treasure Gold come in time? Didn't realise how big the earlier quilt was. Hope it continues to go well. Don't see why not. There si a lot to see.
Cheers
The exhibition looks great Sharon and nice to see you three ladies together.
What an interesting space, I love the old farming implements all over. Your quilt turned out beautifully, the background is just a wonderful backdrop for the horse.
I can't believe you pinned our Lynda down for a photo! Well done you!!!! Looks like ou had a great time.
The exhibition looks great Sharon and wonderful to have a pic of you Lynda and Pat. Now I know who I'm talking to! :)
oo Sharon I missed all this busyness whilst I've been computerless. The exhibition looks wonderful - still really like the poppy field canvas. What an achievement to get all this work together. Well done.
