Sweet peas and paving slabs

Well, the Sweet Peas are up!

They've been enjoying  a lovely time sunbathing on the window ledge but the time is fast approaching for them to experience the big wide world....

So work on the greenhouse has begun....

Hmmm, I hope he's got that measurement right, better not chatter while he's concentrating, men can't multi task :-)

The next stage will be glazing, but, oh goodie all the panes will have to be washed before putting them in place, I wonder if I'm going to be busy washing or something for the next few days!

You can see them resting against the fence, with the extremely heavy paving slabs that we collected from  Freecycle, good job my DH works out, I couldn't even lift a corner.

We've got the nest boxes up, (well not me personally) I'm more into the supervising roll....

And now we've got our eye on the next door plot, which hasn't been worked for a while and the insider info is that it may become vacant before long, here's hoping.

The perfect place to put my summer house.

It's all happening! What a lovely sight it is to see seedlings starting to grow. I hope you have a nice long stick for pointing to where you want things, and for establishing your authority!!

your bird house reminded me.....when my youngest, my son, went away to Uni I bought a bird box to nurture my maternal side!!
