Congratulations to our beautiful daughter Hannah, who lost 8 stone in just 9 months. It was an amazing journey for her and it has completely changed her life.
Her story has been told here and is truly inspirational.
As a family we are all supremely proud of her and are benefiting from her extensive knowledge, both in diet and exercise. She is always generous with her help and encouragement despite an incredibly busy life.

Your daughter is beautiful and what a great achievement for her. No wonder you are so proud of her.
Congratulations indeed! She is an example to us all. I could do with taking some of her advice but at my age I haven't got the energy to pump iron!
that really is amazing but am I allowed to be more impressed by the fact that she has 6 children and looks so good!!
